Create a responsive e-commerce website easily using editorX

Have you ever wondered how stunning e-commerce websites are made? Do you know many people think that making them is very costly and tough? Well, they are partly correct. Step 1:

Go to editorX. Sign in and create a new website. Make sure you select editorX and not Wix, etc. EditorX has a better user friendly website flow than Wix, etc.

Step 2:

When you start a new website there will be a header with a logo, you can edit that logo to any logo of your choice. To add new buttons, go to the “+” button on the left. We are going to add a home button and a store button for a basic 2-page e-commerce store.

Step 3:

To make the homepage catchy, add a slide show bar for discounts, posters, featured products, etc. For that, add a side navigation bar, click on the bottom section and click “+". Now go to media click pro galleries and slide deck then resize it so that you can add more static images. If you want, you can customize it as per your wish. Just make sure you use % when you resize so that the site is responsive.

Step 4:

Next step is to create another section. Press the “+” button and add the store and customize it.

Step 5:

Go to settings in the store and customize the store as per your desire.

Step 6:

You can manage products in your store by adding categories to it. Say for instance you have a grocery store, apple and orange can be added to the fruits’ category, and cucumber and carrot in the vegetables’ category. You can also add ribbons to indicate if any of the products are on sale.

Step 7:

Now create another page, add a section, and add the store. You can also customize to display only one category and also add filters so that customers can easily navigate through your page.

Step 8:

When you add a store, by default a login portal will be created so that customers can create their account and order items.

Step 9:

Then you can effortlessly set up a payment gateway when you get the host from editorX.

Step 10:

Go to the home button and link it to the home page, and link the shop button to the shop page.

There you go, your basic and effortless e-commerce website is created.
